All purchases made in the store are delivered with a purchase receipt. To return a product you have a period of 15 days from the purchase of the same as long as the product is returned in perfect condition with its original packaging.

In the event of a defect, all parts are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase, after which time no changes will be made.
In all returns a "Voucher" will be delivered in the form of a new ticket with the same value of the purchase made. Said "Voucher" will have a limited time of use in 1 year, after this time the voucher will expire.

In the event that you wish to exchange your item for another, you must contact our Customer Service email@example.com and the customer must send the product and its original packaging in perfect condition to Mestiza (C/Narváez 40 28009 Madrid) through a private transport company or the Post Office within the indicated period, accompanying the communication that we send you in your order and indicating the will to withdraw from the contract, your personal data and those of the order. Mestiza will not be responsible for the cost of said shipment.
